Admission Procedure

A transparent, merit-based admission process designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and smooth onboarding for every student.

Admission Process (Bal Vatika to Standard V)

  • • Completion of the registration form along with required documentation such as previous academic records and transfer certificates (where applicable).
  • • Admission procedure begins every year in the month of December with the release of registration forms.
  • • A non-refundable registration fee of ₹1000 is applicable. Registration alone does not guarantee admission.
  • • Submission of duly filled forms must be done during stipulated dates and office hours.
  • • Students are required to appear for an admission test, followed by a ward–parent interaction.
  • • Admissions are strictly based on merit, with test difficulty aligned to the last passed class.
  • • Parents are kept informed transparently regarding seat availability and admission status.

Admission Process (Standard VI to Standard VIII)

  • • As a general policy, new admissions for Standard VI to VIII are not entertained.
  • • Admissions may be considered only in exceptional cases where vacancies arise due to transfers.
  • • Such admissions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  • • Parents are advised to contact the school administration promptly when vacancies arise.
  • • The school maintains complete transparency regarding the availability of seats.
